1. What makes a good photo for customization?

Ensure Proper Lighting: Make sure your photo is well-lit so that the details of your loved one's face are clearly visible. Avoid overly bright lighting that may wash out facial features, as well as dim lighting that obscures them.

Use a Head-On Shot: A straight-on photo is ideal. Be sure the entire face is in the frame, including the ears and forehead. If the photo is taken from the side or only shows part of the face, the product will reflect that and show only part of the face.

Choose a Clear Image: Use a high-quality, sharp photo. The clearer the image, the better the final product will be. Keep in mind that the photo will be reduced in size, so finer details might not be as visible in the finished product.

Submit in JPG/PNG Format: Please upload your photo as a JPG or PNG file. Our system does not support PDF files. If you have a PDF, convert it to JPG or PNG before uploading. If you encounter issues with uploading, try using a different photo or contact our customer service team for assistance.

 

2. Can I see a preview of how my product will look?

Yes, we provide a one-on-one design service. After you place your order, our designers will set up and crop the image. You will receive a confirmation email with a preview of your product. If you have any adjustments or concerns, you can provide feedback, and our team will make the necessary changes to ensure you’re satisfied.

 

3. Do you crop the photo for me?

We’ll handle the cropping for you! Simply send us a high-quality, head-on photo of your loved one, and we’ll remove the background details to ensure only the face is featured on your product.

 

4. What is your exchange/return policy?

We’re here to assist with changes to your color, size, picture, or to cancel/refund your order. Please fill out the Contact Form below with your order number, email address, and the details of your requested changes as soon as possible. Note that changes or cancellations can only be accepted before the order enters production.

For Made-to-Order Personalized Products, we may not be able to cancel or alter your order once production has begun. If you wish to cancel or modify the order at this stage, a 30% customization fee per item will apply, as the item is made specifically for you and cannot be resold as new.

If you need to update your shipping address, we can accommodate this request until the order is shipped. Just send us a message below with your current shipping address and the new address you wish to use.

5. What payment options are available?

We accept a variety of payment methods, including:

  • PayPal: You can pay through your PayPal account for a secure transaction
  • Credit and Debit Cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover

 

6. How long does it take to receive my product?

Our products usually take 5-7 business days to be produced and dispatched. Once shipped, delivery to continental US addresses typically takes 7-10 business days. International shipping times depend on the destination.
