Return Policy

  • Return Application Period: You may apply for a return within 30 days after receiving the product. We cannot process your return request after this period.
  • Return Conditions: The product must be in its original condition, unused, and in its original packaging. Any product with markings, stains, or signs of use will not be accepted for return.
  • Return Process: Please contact our customer service team directly and follow their instructions to return the product. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
  • Custom Product Returns: Due to the unique nature of custom products, we do not accept returns or refunds unless there are issues with quality, damage, or missing parts.

Refund Policy

  • Refund Process: Please contact our customer service team directly and follow their instructions to process the refund. Unauthorized refunds will not be accepted. All refunds will be issued to the original payment method, minus shipping fees and discounts on personalized items, unless the error was on our part in shipping. After the refund process is completed, you will receive a confirmation email. It may take an additional 7-10 business days for the funds to be credited to your account, and there may be an additional settlement period before the funds are visible on your statement.

Exchange Policy

  • Exchange Application Period: If there is a quality issue with the product, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of receiving the product to arrange an exchange.
  • Exchange Conditions: The product must be in its original condition, unused, and in its original packaging. Any product with markings, stains, or signs of use will not be accepted for exchange.
  • Exchange Process: Please contact our customer service team directly and follow their instructions to return the product. Unauthorized exchanges will not be accepted. We will arrange for an exchange after receiving the returned product.

Liability Limitation

  • We assume no responsibility for any direct, indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the return or exchange process. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount actually paid by the customer for the returned or exchanged products.
  • We do not assume responsibility for any damage or loss during the return or exchange shipping process. It is recommended that you use a traceable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance.

Force Majeure

  • We assume no responsibility for delays or interruptions in the return or exchange process caused by events or circumstances beyond our reasonable control (such as natural disasters, war, terrorism, riots, government actions, fire, flood, accidents, strikes, shipping delays).
