− How long does it take to receive the product?

  1. Design ConACfirmation: First, we work on designing the product according to your specifications and then confirm the design with you to ensure it meets your expectations.
  2. Production: Once the design is confirmed, we proceed with the production process, which involves manufacturing the product to the highest quality standards.
  3. Logistics: After production, the product is then prepared for shipment and is delivered to you via our logistics partners.

Please note that these timeframes are estimates and can vary depending on various factors such as the complexity of the design, production schedules, and shipping destination.

+ Can I get a preview before ordering?

If you're interested in receiving a preview before making a purchase, please don't hesitate to reach out to us. Our team will be more than happy to guide you through the process of getting a preview.

+ What countries/ regions do you ship?

We ship globally with fully tracked shipping methods, covering the United States, most of European countries, Singapore, Vietnam, Malaysia, Hong Kong, Macau and Japan. + Regarding custom services, which products can be previewed?

1. For custom brick figures in the full body customize series, we will send you the design drafts, and you typically have 2 free revision opportunities. You can also purchase unlimited revisions to get unlimited modification opportunities.

2. For head customized brick figures, we will design them based on the photos and then ship them to you.

3. For other products, such as crochet dolls, due to the time-consuming and handcrafted nature of their production, we generally do not provide previews. It is recommended that you communicate your design requirements with us in advance.

4. If you want to know more about other products, please do not hesitate to contact our customer service team; they will provide you with excellent consulting services.
